While delivery times may vary depending on the delivery address, we aim to ensure timely deliveries to all customers.
We ship throughout the week, except during weekends and public holidays. Once your order is shipped, it cannot be rerouted or redirected. Please ensure that you provide the correct shipping address to avoid any delivery issues.
All our products are thoroughly quality checked and securely packed to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. If you notice any tampering or damage to the package upon receipt, please take a photo and return it to the shipping carrier. Accepting a tampered package is considered confirmation that the product was received in good condition.
Note: We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by the courier service. However, we will assist you in tracking your package through our logistics partner.
To ensure safe delivery, please make sure there is a designated person available at the delivery address to receive the package. Bhavathi Attire is not liable for packages that are returned or left at doorsteps if no one is available to receive the parcel.
You may cancel your order and receive a full refund if the cancellation occurs within 24 hours of placing the order. In cases where the product is lost or undelivered to your preferred location, a full refund will also be issued.

Currently, Bhavathi Attire does not offer the Cash on Delivery (COD) option to simplify the transaction process for both our customers and ourselves.
